Carrot Pachadi / Raitha

Ingredients
Carrot, grated - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Green Chilly - 1
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tsp


Method
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds to it.
  • After it splutters, add curry leaves, green chilly and salt to it.
  • Fry it and then add grated carrot to it.
  • Fry for 2 Min's or till raw smell goes off.
  • Mix carrot well with the curd.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves to it and serve.

Lovely picture Valarmathi, usually I mix all the veggies like onions, cucumber, and tomatoes for this pachadi...got to try them with carrots soon :)
